What to expect:
Balance
Unlike most Meal Plans, I always go out of my way to make my clients Meal Plans as realistic as possible. This means, including your favourite take out foods, fun recipes to follow, not removing any food groups, adding as many of your favourite foods as possible to the plan and most of all, enjoying your food everyday so it doesn't feel like a chore.
Accountability
Your Nutrition becomes a lot more serious when you've got a coach to report to towards the end of the week
Accuracy
All my meal plans are built unique to your specific needs. Your Meal plan will take into account your unique stats such as bodyweight, gender, height, age and activity level. From there, I take care of all the hard stuff and craft your meal plan to your desired amount of meals and snacks.
Education
There's a reason my Meal plans aren't just a one-and-done service. For all Meal plans, ongoing coaching is compulsory so we can actually keep altering the plan after the progress slows down, but also, so I can teach you why and how we make these changes to your Nutrition so when you have been with me long enough, you'll have all the knowledge you need to continue your Nutrition on your own.

Logan is an awesome example of trusting the process and achieving consistency. Logan never gave up on his goals, resulting in a significant amount of muscle mass gained. Logan added 7kgs in just over a year, and as you can see in his before and after photos, most of that weight came from muscle rather than fat. Muscle building is a slow and timely process, meaning that Logan had to be patient and trust that he would reach his goal in time—and that's exactly what happened.
